Solutions Engineer

Miro | Nov 2023 – Present

In Nov 2023, Freehand by InVision was acquired by Miro. I became part of the tiger team whose focus is to transition Freehand business to Miro. My responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with account teams to strategize and execute plans aimed at transitioning InVision customers to Miro, demonstrating Miro’s value within targeted use cases.
  • Authoring critical customer communication materials including FAQ documentation on Miro’s acquisition of Freehand, the value of Miro for Freehand customers, migration and offboarding best practices from Freehand to Miro, and how to run effective trials for Freehand customers.
  • Partnering with Product Management to scope and advocate for the prioritization of critical features for Freehand workflows, including the Freehand to Miro migration tool which has exceeded customer expectations.
  • Conducting multiple enablement sessions for the Freehand tiger team to improve their comprehension of Miro as a product, ensuring they are well-prepared for customer conversations.

Manager, Solutions Consultanting

  • During its peak, I directly managed a team of 4 that played a pivotal role in securing over $8.7M in annual recurring revenue (ARR) across new business, enterprise and strategic accounts including Bank of America, Haleon, Exelon, American Eagle Outfitters, Deutsche Telekom and more.
  • I fostered equitably distributed workloads and personal development opportunities by removing barriers of segmentation that had limited the team’s ability to scale how and which deals we supported.
  • Championed product development initiatives that represented the voice of the customer, and competitive intelligence research that upskilled the Solution Consultants and the go-to-market (GTM) team to confidently handle objections in the field, and strengthened our business cases for essential product development.

  • As Interim Manager of Solutions Consulting I also continued to seamlessly support some of EMEA’s largest strategic opportunities including FirstRand Bank, Schroders, BP and more.
  • Introduced targeted coaching and development opportunities relevant to the individual skill-sets of the team through personal development planning, self-reflection exercises and by consistently providing actionable feedback.

Solutions Consultant

InVision | May 2020 – Dec 2021

  • Integral partner to Account Executives and other GTM partners in EMEA during the pre-sales cycle, helping to close over $1.7M in strategic and enterprise business including UBS, Rolex, and Standard Bank.
  • Established strong relationships with stakeholders and c-suite executives, guiding them to informed purchasing decisions through discovery sessions, demos, proof of concepts, and requirements gathering, while identifying process and tool stack optimization opportunities.
  • Created diverse thought leadership content on visual collaboration, design tokens, and Storybook support documentation, alongside hosting webinars highlighting InVision’s tools for various use cases and user roles like designers, developers, and project/product managers.
  • Collaborated cross-functionally by running internal enablement sessions, and working closely with our product and engineering teams to advocate for the product development of critical use cases for our customers.

Technical Project Manager

DAC Europe | Nov 2018 – Apr 2020

  • Relocated to London in 2018 and expanded my role to support Account and Business Development teams across our European offices, delivering technical and business strategies to secure six-figure digital marketing contracts.
  • Managed cross-functional CMS projects between Europe, and North America while successfully overseeing complex builds such as the entire e-commerce flow for a sub-brand of Revlon that was built and launched in 1 month.
  • Engage with European offices to showcase Development Studio capabilities, cross-functional team competencies, and conduct in-depth walkthroughs of client technical challenges, allowing us to strengthen our digital marketing programs and pursue new client opportunities.

Technical Project Manager

DAC Group | Apr 2017 – Oct 2018

  • Managed a diverse team of 15 Developers, QA Analysts, and Technical Project Managers, successfully delivering enterprise site builds, store locators, and landing page programs in leading CMS platforms including WordPress, Kentico, Umbraco and more, for clients including Allstate, Life Time Fitness, Nordstrom, Sylvan Learning and more.  
  • Achieved a 30% reduction in developer workloads by leading daily scrum and weekly resource management meetings to prioritize upcoming projects across 14 offices.
  • Lead requirements gathering initiatives with clients, wrote SOW documentation and managed cost estimations for projects which the team was engaged in.

Jr Technical Project Manager

DAC Group | Feb 2016 – Apr 2017

  • Rapidly promoted to Jr Technical Project Manager within two months where I successfully managed 50 landing page programs and microsites, gathering detailed requirements from various stakeholders and clients.
  • Established communication channels between Development Studio and Application Development teams, leading to collaborative development initiatives and implementing an improved task management process using Azure DevOps.
